Very rare chance to get outdoor space in the south end under $3k/ mo. Don't let the square footage fool you, this place is packing a punch with every inch being efficiently used! Complete with charming details like a decorative fireplace, a breakfast bar / island and exposed brick. Yeah, it's on the first floor, but the bay windows bring a lot of sun into this home. Also, the bedroom is actually really big and the bathroom is not so lowkey super nice. Hardwood flooring throughout and laundry right outside the unit. Pets are up for debate! End of the day though, it's location, location, location. Parks are all around you, couple blocks one way and you're in the heart of the south end with all the best restaurants in the city, and a couple blocks the other and you're right in Inkblock with your whole foods and trendy shops! Oh, and you have your own private entrance.. don't miss out!
