Great large second floor apartment available now in well maintained property in Wyoma Square. All new carpet throughout. 5 rooms / 2 bedrooms/ 1bath. Works well as a two bedroom with two separate living rooms plus a small bonus base that could work well as an office area. Or living room and dining room. The additional room does not work as a 3rd bedroom because it would be a pass-through room. Kitchen and bathroom also have new vinyl flooring, fresh paint throughout, updates to bathroom as well. Washer/dryer hook up in basement, storage in basement, and one off street parking space provided and easy additional street parking. Tenants pay gas heat, got water, and electricity. Sorry no pets and no smoking in building.
