Owner's own unit which is available for rent for the first time! $650 off the first month's rent if taken for September 1! This 2bed/1bath + office has an abundance of natural light and beautiful, refinished hardwood floors throughout. A classic layout with living room, dining room and eat-in-kitchen. No central air in-unit, but three window units will be left for tenant use and installed/uninstalled when appropriate. A top-of-the-line alarm system from American Alarm is already installed and service can be activated if a tenant wishes to pay for monitoring services. Extra storage and washer/dryer in basement (free to use). Exclusive front and rear balconies to enjoy that morning coffee as well as a backyard grilling area. Two parking spots!
