An inspired opportunity just outside Davis Square, CALA is a residential project that reflects the diverse, intergenerational & artistic spirit of the Somerville community - a place designed to bring people together in a setting rich with vegetation, art & shared experiences that extend well beyond your front door. Created from the former Powder House School, a striking concrete & steel structure, the building has been thoughtfully transformed into a collection of beautiful loft-style homes. Soaring ceilings, expansive windows & abundant opportunities to connect w. the outdoors create living spaces that feel both dramatic and inviting. While no two are exactly alike, each features an artful layout designed to maximize light, volume & livability. Come experience the CALA concept for yourself & discover a community unlike any other in Somerville. Unit 208 is a spacious west-facing studio overlooking the beautifully landscaped central courtyard, offering peaceful views & afternoon light.
