Ninety-Five Beacon enjoys a premier location across from the Public Garden. Unit 9 is anchored by a stunning bow-front living room, with views of the Esplanade, the Cambridge Skyline, and seasonal glimpses of the Charles River. Formerly the private mansion of the Crosby family, relatives of J.P. Morgan, 95 Beacon's residences are among the finest in Boston.Tastefully renovated in 2022, Unit 9 features a spacious bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, and polished nickel fixtures by Newport Brass and Rohl. Original details remain, including original doorknobs, intricately carved doors and windows, and a classic pocket door that gracefully separates the foyer from the main living space. Ten-foot ceilings enhance the sense of scale, while the windowed kitchen with refined finishes is a light-filled, inviting space.Offered for the first time since 2004, Unit 9 presents a rare opportunity to own a distinguished piece of Boston's architectural heritage.
